Good Morning, and In Case I Don’t See You, Good Afternoon, Good Evening, and Good Night

Whew, that’s a long title.

Can you tell that I recently watched the Truman show. Gawd, I swear Jim Carrey is just a brilliant actor. It’s legendary that movie, like Big Fish, Forrest Gump,  Philidelphia, or Shawshank Redemption. Just amazing.

Anyways, this is the last of the blog posts I’m required to do, so I’m essentially supposed to talk about an overview of what I learned over the semester. You know, theoretically that seems simple enough, but for some reason my brain is blank. It’s not that I didn’t learn anything! I mean this blog is proof of that fact that I’m more learned than before. But I guess it’s because it’s not yet complete. As much as I know now, there’s just sooo much more that I don’t. So much more I haven’t had the chance to experience, to see or even know about.

As for what I learned here, it was great, not only because I finally got to use After Affects, or that my homework was tweeting. What made this amazing was getting to see results from the connectivity of it all. I mean, I always made videos all throughout high school, but now for the first time I’m sharing them. I’ve designed things before, but there was really not many people who could look at it with a critical eye and say what they really felt.

In this class I learned an atmosphere, I learned about possibilities that Digital Media has, I learned about storytelling and the amazing faucets of fonts. But, I’m not done yet. There’s still four years to this program, and I want to see more and experience more. I want to see what other people can achieve, and I want to see what I can achieve.

So, tune in. This may be the last official blog for my Digital Media Class, but it’s just the start of the blog about my years at RTA. So, farewell, and in case I don’t see you, good afternoon, good evening and good night.
